Anne W. Thomas. Anne Thomas had an unlikely path to the art studio.  After graduating from the University of Maryland in 2003 with a degree in History, she began her career working on Capitol Hill.  Later she transitioned to the Commerce Department where she got to travel the world and work with Cabinet members.  She finished her time there as Deputy Press Secretary and transitioned to private sector work at a leading global public relations firm in 2007.  Marriage, four babies, and part-time PR work followed.  When that fourth baby headed off to full-time school in 2022, Anne, a lifelong secret artist with an entrepreneurial bent, saw an opening for making her dreams of focusing on artwork a reality. Simultaneously, she was realizing e-commerce had changed her life and shopping habits.
